Every project here was built, measured and documented — including what went wrong. The numbers come from data, not from estimates.
Heating for a 200 m² house: a second heat pump cascaded onto one buffer tank, all control moved under Home Assistant, the industrial bus reverse-engineered. The house's heat loss was measured from hourly data (423–508 W/K), the heating curve derived from 344 measurement pairs, and a four-month deadlock turned out to be a single wire on the wrong terminal.

A monitor that notices when GPS is being jammed or spoofed: 15 detectors (14 run on the F9P) on the receiver's raw data, dual-band consistency, the receiver clock and Galileo OSNMA cryptographic signatures. It caught 98 of 129 synthetic attacks, with 0 false alarms on 9 clean recordings. The live monitor sent about 20 false alerts on its first day and none over the next three.
